Precise cutting to the millimeter according to production drawings.
Surface finish podwer coating or PVDF, ALL RAL K7 Color code available.
Assembling thermal bridge aluminum frame using 6060-T66 super high precision aluminum profile with 1.8mm thickness for windows, 2.2mm for doors.
Frame with naling fin is available for North America.

Glass Installed
Before glass installation, the Frame and Panel of windows&doors adopt corner angle bonding with injection method, which greatly improves the firmness of doors and windows.
Glass installed in Advance for customers' convenient installation.
All glass are USA standard tempered safety glass, Triple Pane, Double Pane, LOW-E coating available.

Finished Products Testing
Products will be tested and adjusted to make sure them go well and smooth when finishing.
Pictures or videos will send to customers to check before shipping.
